Vendor agreement

Maintain a staffed, neat, and safe display during approved event hours. Provide all display materials unless the organizer confirms otherwise in writing. Keep aisles, exits, fire equipment, and neighboring displays unobstructed. Use only approved electrical equipment and follow building and fire-safety directions. Remove all merchandise, materials, and trash at the end of the approved date or weekend. Carry any licenses, permits, and insurance required for the vendor's activities. Notify the organizer promptly if participation must be canceled.
